 SALON POLICIES 

At The Style Lounge it is our goal to ensure your experience exceeds all expectations. Below lists our policies, which enable our team to provide all of our guests with the best service possible, while maintaining a high level of professionalism for our Staff and Team.

ARRIVAL
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for parking and for our front desk staff to get you checked. Please feel free to relax, enjoy a beverage and contemplate your potential new style. In the event you are running behind, we ask that you please contact The Style Lounge at 720.484.5298 as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule, or adjust the services you are scheduled for to allow for other clients to be seen on time.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the individualized nature of the services we offer, our service providers prepare for appointments in advance for each client. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the service charge for appointments not cancelled within this period. "No show" appointments (appointments which have been missed without prior cancellation) will be charged at the full service charge (100%) for the missed services. These charges will be applied to the credit card which was used to book your appointment.
If you find that you are running more than 15 minutes late for an appointment,please call to reschedule so that we may be on time for other scheduled clients.

By continuing with booking your appointment, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms of this policy.


PAYMENTS
The Style Lounge accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks for purchase of services and retail.


GRATUITY
Gratuities are not included in the total cost of your services, but may be added to your credit card, personal check or given in cash.
 

CHILD POLICY

At The Style Lounge, because we are first and foremost a luxury hair salon, our goal is to provide a relaxed and elevated experience for all of our guests. We happily accept young clients; however, The Style Lounge asks that you only bring children at a time when they are scheduled for hair services. To keep the atmosphere, we ask that children follow these standards: 

 

Seated & Present: Children must remain seated, unless they are heading to the restroom or washroom.

Safety First: For their safety and the comfort of others, children may not run, climb, or play in the salon. 

Respect for Others: Children’s voices, movements, and energy should remain at a level that allows other clients to enjoy their service. 

Responsibility: Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring these standards are upheld

 

If your child is able to follow these expectations, we would love to schedule them for a service. If not, we kindly ask that you join us another time when you’re able to enjoy the service in a way that maintains the atmosphere we promise to all of our guests. 

RETURNS / SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
At Style Lounge we guarantee our products and our services. In the case you are dissatisfied with retail you've purchased, you may return gently used product for a store credit to purchase other items in our retail area.

Services are not refundable. In the case we have not met your expectations with your hair, we would like to invite you back within 10 days of your appointment for a complimentary adjustment. Beyond that adjustment, full color and service charges will apply.


GIFT CERTIFICATES
We will be offering gift certificates for purchase. They may be used for both services and retail products and can be purchased online or in the salon.
