Marisa's passion and creativity for styling hair began at an early age. Her desire to work in the beauty industry continued to grow throughout her college years. Marisa was fortunate enough to mentor full-time for two years with a 30-year industry veteran during her training, prior to graduating from cosmetology school in Southern California in 2007.

Marisa has a strong foundation of knowledge and education in both cut and color and continues to take educational classes; most notably at Vidal Sassoon in Santa Monica, CA. She wants to ensure that she is constantly freshening up on the classics as well as learning the latest and greatest!  Whether offering her clients the latest trends or maintaining their classic beauty, Marisa is dedicated to creating the look that suits them best and to provide them with the highest quality services in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

In 2019, Marisa, her husband, and their two boys left home in South Orange County, California and moved to Colorado! They have never looked back!
